TV Show of the Moment

Unread postby FirePhantom » 8th August, 2009, 2:05 am

Post what you're watching right now.
Or which series you're currently following.

------------------------- Original Post -------------------------

So... what show(s) are you really into right now?

At the moment, I've really just been watching Avatar: the Last Airbender with my boyfriend (yes, we both have a childish side; make fun if you will, I don't care). Otherwise, I've been generally keeping up with True Blood (well, I just started watching it a few weeks ago and managed to catch up), Whale Wars, Mad Men (new season starts this month, huzzah!), and 30 Rock.

Where do you stack up amongst GTFers? Tell how tall you are here! Stand tall and tower over all? Or compare and despair?

The Office. It's a good show, but not on the same league with 30 Rock

I have Mad Men Season 2 but I don't know if I should watch it or not. :dunno:

Didn't we have a thread like this some time back? Regardless, it's been a slow year for me. Stargate Atlantis ended in January, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles got cancelled after the second season ended in April, Doctor Who went on a year-long break, and Torchwood came and went; all I have left to watch is Eureka at the moment, although I might go ahead and rent Battlestar Galactica.

I'm a sci-fi geek, so sue me -_-

The TV series of the moment is and will always be until it ends next year and probably some time afterwards:

Lost.

And I can't wait for the remake of V, starring Elizabeth Mitchell as the main character.

There's never much on at the moment because it's summer, but I'm also watching Ugly Betty (season 3) and Big Brother 10 (say what you want, I love it).

I've been a big fan of In Plain Sight and Burn Notice for awhile, got hooked on Royal Pains, started watching True Blood, and once in awhile I'll check out Hung (if you've never seen it's worth it to see at least once. lmao).

So many fellow True Blood fans...

The only other shows that are on at this time of the year that I've been watching are Food Network Star (which just ended) and Design Star ( :gay: ).

I'm also dying for the last season of Lost. I was starting to really lose my love for it in seasons 3 and 4 and 5 finally brought back some of the magic for me. I have a feeling 6 is going to be absolutely amazing.

Supernatural Season 4 comes out on DVD on September 1st... I have the first three on DVD and saw part of 4 on TV so I'm excited for that.
