Intrusive thoughts (mental health)

okay for nearly the past year i have had all these thoughts and they scare me i dont know what do to these thoughts are:

murder,rape,suicide,death,transgender,terrorism,incest,eating dissorders and pedophilia

i have a pattern i worry about these thoughts i question why i get them and then i talk to my mum and she said there just thoguths there not you but im scared like why do these thoughts happen i mean i will read something or hear something that might bring up the thoughts but im scraed becuase is it bad if i just let these thoughts run through my head and do nothing i feel like there going to change me please do i have a problem? what is the problem? what can i do to make this stop?

It sounds like you might need to go to a psychologist. No one on here is going to tell you if you are suffering from any mental and psychiatric disorders problems. If you are thinking about them topics often, it is probably better to talk to someone.

People have tried to help you but it seems we're not being able to do it. So why keep looking for our help?
